What is the size of the models and what material are they cast in?
Models are in the popular 32 mm scale. The basic version of the game contains assembled ready to play plastic models cast in PVC. If you choose the “Cyberpsycho” pledge, you will also receive collector’s models cast in white metal. You may also purchase additional white metal models, found in the “optional buy” section.

I've noticed language errors on the Kickstarter page and updates. Does this mean the game will also suffer from this lack of polish?
We write the updates and comments ourselves, but seeing that English isn’t our native language, errors are bound to creep in. But rest assured, the game itself is being made with the help of professional translators and proofreaders. Every single game material goes through a translation and proofreading process and should be as free of mistakes as any game made by native speakers generally is.

How will you know I backed the campaign within 24 hours of launch and am eligible for the free The Red Sister model?
This sort of information is automatically provided to us by the Kickstarter system and there will be no problem determining that on an individual basis. The freebie model shall be added to every pledge made within 24 hours of the campaign’s launch at 3:00 PM June 12 (GMC time).

Should I manually add the shipping cost to my pledge?
The answer is: NO. After the campaign ends, we’ll put up the pledge manager, where you’ll find the shipping costs for each country and all optional buy choices.

Can you make the original Human Interface Nakamura Tower game box available for purchase? How about some bundles with the original factions (Raid44, BlackStone Commandos, Hybrids, and so on)?
We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the Human Interface universe! The current campaign aims to produce a brand new game first and foremost, but we’re considering opening such an option in the pledge manager after the campaign finishes. We’ll keep you posted of our decision!

Shipping costs to the US and Canada are very high. Are there plans to bring them down somewhat?
That’s a definite YES! We’re in talks with a distribution hub operator so that backers would pay shipping as per the local tariff. In the end, it all hinges on the number of packages to be sent. We’re hopeful we can see this through and slash the costs for you. As soon as we sign the contract and know the final prices, we’ll let you know! One thing’s certain, it’ll be before the pledge manager goes live, so that it accounts for the new prices.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
